FAQ
Will the balloon deflate?
No. Each balloon is fully encapsulated beneath multiple layers of cured epoxy resin, creating a solid protective structure that permanently holds its shape. Unlike an ordinary balloon exposed to air, it will not deflate over time.
No material can be guaranteed to last forever, but these sculptures are built to be long lasting works of art. With proper care, kept away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and harsh outdoor conditions, each piece is designed to remain intact for decades, and potentially for generations.
How do I care for my Loonsba sculpture?
Loonsba sculptures require very little maintenance. To keep your piece looking its best, gently remove dust with a soft microfiber cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or rough materials that could scratch the surface.
For long term preservation, display your sculpture indoors and away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, and extreme temperature changes. Handle the piece carefully when moving it and avoid dropping or placing heavy objects against it.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of these artworks, all sales are final. I'm happy to offer a repair or replacement for pieces damaged during shipping. Outside of shipping damage, returns, refunds, and replacements cannot be accepted.
Every sculpture is carefully inspected before it ships to make sure you receive the best possible piece. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece was damaged in transit, contact me within 3 days of delivery at info@loonsba.com with photos of the damage, and I'll take care of it from there.
When will my piece ship?
Please allow 3 weeks for shipping and handling.
When will my piece arrive?
Once your order ships, check your tracking number for the most accurate delivery estimate. Shipping times may vary.
Do you take commissions?
In certain cases, yes. If you have a project in mind, email info@loonsba.com with as much detail as possible: concept, desired size, colors, quantity, timeline, location, and any visual references that capture what you're imagining.
Each request is considered individually based on the project, my schedule, and whether it feels like the right fit for Loonsba.
